The first Meter Mark machine in the hole world was created and introduced i Norway the 24^th of Aug. 1900. The second land to introduce Meter Stamp was  Nya Zeeland in March 1904.  Danmark in Dec.1925 and after that the other Scandinavian  counties introduce Meter Mark machine.
